Refund Eligibility: You may request a full refund on a paid course within 7 consecutive days of your purchase date, or within 7 consecutive days of completing the first module of the course - whichever comes first. Once that window has closed, or once you have completed the first module (whichever occurs first), your purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation: To request a refund, or to cancel a recurring payment, fill out the Refund / Cancellation Request form below with your name, the email address you used at checkout, and the course you want refunded or cancelled. We will reply within 2 business days.

How Refunds Are Issued: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Course Access: Your access to the course ends when your refund is issued.

Scope: This policy applies to paid course purchases only. The only exception is a course with recurring payments. Recurring payments can be cancelled at any time. Once a recurring payment is cancelled, the charge stops, access to the course ends, and payments already made are not refunded.
